1. Develop and manage the sales cycle of Information Technology (IT) resources to mid-market commercial customers.
2. Acquire new customers and develop new IT business accounts initially in the Orange County geography. End goal is nationwide.
3. Contribute effectively to sales revenue and profitability. Identify and secure new contractual client relationships.
4. Ability to generate a high level of new business activity in a fast paced environment
5. The majority of effort will be to develop new business by using previous network through marketing and advertising
6. Aggressively prospect for new client opportunities
7. Must be able to create and execute a solid new business development plan of action
8. Ability to develop strong relations with customers at decision-making levels; work productively in defining and executing sales strategies
9. Ability to handle sales, negotiations and develop solutions to customer requirements clearly and concisely through professional presentations as required
10. Develop new clients, manage client expectations and close deals.
