I recently set up a business which offers accommodation in vacant London homes to visitors to London (see ivylettings.com for more info). This service is much better value than hotels and is proving very popular. I am looking to attract more tourists to use this service, however it is crucial that these tourists are reliable and trustworthy, as they will be using Londoners' homes. Therefore rewards will only be paid once the tourists have finished their stay and proven good tenants. I would also be interested in entering into a commission-sharing arrangement with anyone able to continuously source a number of such tourists.
