Fixed rate quotes tend be strict and often require amendments to the contract for a change order. Hourly rates offer both flexibility to “change course” in midstream and the benefit of paying for the actual hours spent on the project. We offer whichever method the customer prefers. Both fixed prices and estimates are based on the “project rate” of $48/hour.
