We're Real Estate Investors focused on San Diego right now, even though we have connections all over the country. We're working with people facing foreclosure, but they need to be in pre-foreclosure though. So lets say their house is already at the auction, we can't help them at that point. We work with any 3 bed/2 bath and above. We do not work with condos. Our plan is Short Sale the home (you can look at the info on our website to see the benefits for the homeowner) What you can do is keep your ears open, and if you hear any one with this problem, refer them to us. I can get you business cards to give them. You can even educate others on this, then share the $1,000 - $2,000 with them if they bring us leads. The referral fee is payed when we close the deal. Average is 2-4 months right now because we're at the mercy of the banks. But it's a large check/cash for the work you're doing.
